Our inventory software allows you to make everything digital, yet still gives you the ability to keep it traditional. We understand going digital isn’t for everyone; so, whether you want our own login details to the portal or you simply want us to send you a PDF or hard copy we can assist.

- Cancellation fee: Free cancellation if 24hrs prior to appointments. Less than 24 hrs notice will occur a 50% cancellation fee.
Inventory & Check-In
At Inventoire during check-in we will arrive at the property and meet and greet a new Tenant at the property, will take all required steps to assure the tenant is shown the location of meters, smoke alarms and keys are handed over to the tenant. A brief look through the inventory report with the tenant will be taken and the tenant(s) will sign off the inventory report whilst they are present at the property with one of our professional Inventory Clerks. Once the tenant has digitally signed the report in our systems all parties will receive a signed copy of the report automatically.
The condition of the property will be assessed against the original inventory report, taking into consideration the length of the tenancy and type of occupancy. We are able to work with other inventory service providers’ initial reports, our inventory clerk will take and document notes on any changes that may have occurred during the tenancy, highlighting responsibilities, any required maintenance works and meter readings.
HMO Inventory Checks
At the start of an HMO accommodation tenancy, inventory clerks will draw up an inventory that records the condition of the property and the furnishing.
It’s important to have a good Inventory Schedule of Conditions or Check-in to start with, it will help parties avoid a dispute over the return of the tenant’s deposit at the end of the tenancy period.
At Inventoire our inventory clerks will draw up a list of items and their conditions, will send it directly to students, landlord or agent, and usually, tenants will type in their comments within 7 days of moving in.
